I started out on my fitness journey after giving up smoking, I had been smoking for 19 years and one day after many failed attempts I managed to QUIT for GOOD.
I then found my way in to fitness and crossfit where I learned how much I enjoy learning and mastering new techniques in weightlifting and gymnastics, I left crossfit after damaging my shoulder and decided I need to concentrate on fixing the issues.
After having fixed the one should I then realised how much I enjoyed the process of teaching what I had learned in my time of crossfit and weightlifting.
I am a level 4 Strength and conditioning coach and my aim for all clients is to make you stronger not only in body but in mind also.
